Welcome to Bowel Cancer Screener Accreditation (BCSA)
The Bowel Cancer Screening Programme (BCSP) in England and Bowel Screening Wales were introduced to reduce the number of bowel cancer associated deaths, through early detection of the disease. A colonoscopy is required for screening. To ensure patients receive a consistently high-quality endoscopic procedure, the clinicians carrying out the test must be accredited. JAG manages the accreditation process that all endoscopists must complete to work as an endoscopist within the English and Welsh screening programmes.
BCSA is part of the JAG programme hosted at the Royal College of Physicians.
Website review survey
We are reviewing the functionality and user-friendliness of our websites and would value your input into how we can make improvements.
We have put together a survey (7 questions) that should take approximately 5 minutes to complete and would welcome and appreciate your honest thoughts and feedback on the BCSA homepage.
We are hoping to receive feedback from all user categories (eg candidates, screening centre administrators, assessors, visitors etc) so please feel free to complete this survey even if this is your first time visiting the BCSA website.
How to access the survey
